My dryer was making a really loud banging noise. I called to setup a service appointment and Tom was able to schedule me within a day or two. Tom had it sorted out rather quickly. It was more than fairly priced. I would recommend to anyone and will be calling in the future if an appliance needs a tune up. Support a great local business!

Very impressed overall. Tom came when he said he would, fixed my oven in less than an hour and even replaced the burnt out light bulb. Very reasonable rates and professional service.

Tom, the owner of badge or appliance repair, is a very knowledgeable and professional person. He helped me diagnose a problem with my ice maker over the phone. Tom is the best. He fixed our refrigerator last fall and came back again this week when it started having trouble again. He helped us through the fix – getting a new part that was covered under warranty. Tom is honest and didn’t spend our money trying to fix something that is near the end of its life span. He was able to answer my many, many questions with ease. He was also very quick to respond to our call and to stop by our house. It’s really nice to be able to make one phone call and Tom takes care of the rest. We are lucky to have someone like Tom in our area!

From the first call, Tom understands our urgency to get our appliance fixed. His knowledge of our appliances is genuine and impressive. He renders an honest opinion (whether to fix or replace) and the charges do not break the bank. Rest assured when you get Tom as your appliance repair guy!
Tom has repaired our appliances for many years. His knowledge of appliance repair enables him to understand the problem from the first conversation. Usually there is no waiting around for parts. He either has the parts with him or he orders them and the turn around is minimal. If you want reliable service and a repair person you can trust–call Tom!
Tom is the best in the business! Would never consider calling anyone else.
Tom just made my day! He arrived ON TIME for the scheduled appointment and was able to diagnose my washing machine’s issue within 5 minutes. He didn’t have the part he needed with him, but was back THE SAME DAY and had my washing machine up and running in less the 30 minutes. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend Tom if you are looking for a straight shooter with years of experience!
