Refrigerator repair
When the fridge stops cooling, everything inside is on a clock. Tom diagnoses it at your home, lays out your options and tells you what the parts cost at that first visit.

Oven, range and microwave repair
Elements that won't heat, an oven that won't hold its temperature, a microwave that runs but doesn't warm. Many times Tom fixes it on the first visit, with a part from the stock he keeps in his truck.
Very impressed overall. Tom came when he said he would, fixed my oven in less than an hour and even replaced the burnt out light bulb. Very reasonable rates and professional service.
Dishwasher repair
Water standing in the bottom, dishes coming out dirty, a leak under the door. If a part has to be ordered, Tom orders it right from your kitchen and gives you an exact time to come back.
Washer and dryer repair
A washer that won't drain or spin, a dryer that bangs or won't heat. Tom fixes both, and he'll tell you straight when an old machine isn't worth the money.
My dryer was making a really loud banging noise. I called to setup a service appointment and Tom was able to schedule me within a day or two. Tom had it sorted out rather quickly. It was more than fairly priced. I would recommend to anyone and will be calling in the future if an appliance needs a tune up. Support a great local business!

My name is Tom Feggestad. For 34 years I was the service department manager and technician at Shumway Appliance in Milton. Then I started my own business on a few core values: great repair work, outstanding customer service, and conveniences that other repair services in the area don't offer.
When I visit your home, I diagnose the problem, then talk with you about the best approach. I lay out your options and tell you what the replacement parts will cost at that first visit.
If it doesn't make sense to pour time and money into an old appliance that might not be fixable, I'll tell you.
I grew up in Edgerton, and southern Wisconsin has been my home my whole life. I like keeping money in the area, and I think if you need something done, it's always better when you can call a friend, someone you know and trust.

Tom is the best. He fixed our refrigerator last fall and came back again this week when it started having trouble again. He helped us through the fix – getting a new part that was covered under warranty. Tom is honest and didn’t spend our money trying to fix something that is near the end of its life span. He was able to answer my many, many questions with ease. He was also very quick to respond to our call and to stop by our house.
