Tom is the best. He fixed our refrigerator last fall and came back again this week when it started having trouble again. He helped us through the fix – getting a new part that was covered under warranty. Tom is honest and didn’t spend our money trying to fix something that is near the end of its life span. Yes. At the first visit Tom lays out your options and tells you how much the replacement parts will cost.
What if a part has to be ordered?
Many repairs are done with parts from the stock Tom keeps in his truck. If a part has to be ordered, he orders it right from your home and gives you an exact time for the return visit.
Is it worth fixing an older one?
Tom will tell you straight. If it doesn't make sense to pour time and money into an old appliance that might not be fixable, he says so.
Do you come to my town?
Tom is based in Edgerton and travels to homes anywhere in southern Wisconsin, including Janesville, Milton, Whitewater, Fort Atkinson, Beloit and Stoughton, and Lake Country.
